Our commitment is working together for improving the quality of working for children and provide capacity building to all service workers to be proactive and alert to decision maker about real practice of children if we found they are at risk and harmful. We don’t wait until they getting accident then find solution we need to identify in advance for need and risk for develop the action to respond on time to those children under our supervision. We learn from children about daily practice for develop the practice of risk prevention mechanism. WOMEN committed to working with transparency and accountability with standardize professional leadership, management for all stakeholder donors, government and community beneficiary for provide best interest of children and vulnerability community people. WOMEN envisages’ a society where the rights of vulnerable people and all children are respected; including to access to health, education, protection and participation and promotion of sustainable development and adaptation to climate change.
